This 1960’s brick rancher, didn’t get a just a face lift, it got a second story. The first floor supplied a large living room, that we modernized by opening up both the kitchen & dining areas. Existing first floor bedrooms were a good size, got refreshed and the bath was completely renovated. Upstairs we added a light filled luxurious master suite, with walk in closet, master bathroom with shower, tub & individual vanities. Also housed in the second floor are 2 additional bedrooms, a hall bath and laundry room.
